I like my DSLR for the most part, but here are some things that I would change about it. For one, I am tired of carrying a giant camera with me to and from events. I would prefer a point-and-shoot with the shutter speed of a DSLR honestly.

The Samsung NX10 hybrid DSLR has turned up and is a camera that falls somewhere between the DSLR and a micro four-thirds camera. I would presume that to mean the camera is smaller than a DSLR but has many of the same features. That sounds like exactly what I need.
Specs are scant at this point, but the thing has an 18-55mm lens and can apparently shoot at up to 7 fps in burst mode. You can count on the thing costing as much or possibly more than your entry level DSLR camera. These micro four-thirds cams are far from cheap.
