Definitely, the extra capacity over the original HTC Pro 2 battery is not what I was expecting. I’m feeling I have the same original battery that came with my phone.

Despite supposedly having more juice than the 1500mAh battery that came with my Touch Pro 2, this battery dies faster. I have done the whole drain-and-fully-charge cycle 5 times, and it still dies faster. I guess there really is no way to get more life without the physically larger battery and extended back cover.

I bought this battery for my daughter’s HTC Hero. She was very diappointed with the phone’s battery life – which made using the features of the phone unusable. But this battery has redeemed it! She loves her phone now and has enough battery life to use it.
